Here at Beauty Collective, I strive to provide my clients with the best experience possible. In order for things to run smoothly, the following policies have been set in place to maintain a standard of excellence.
I kindly ask that if you are running late, that you call to notify me as soon as possible so that I can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you. I offer a 5-10 minute grace period, but any later will cause me to have to reschedule or alter your appointment. I ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to get settled in, hang coats or use the restroom.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. This will allow me time to offer your spot to another client. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of their original booked service cost.
All clients who are visiting me at Beauty Collective for the first time must send a current hair photo and one of your desired goals prior to booking. This ensures that we are not only a good fit, but that we schedule ample time to achieve your goals; discuss maintenance; and initial investment.
POST SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
In the event that there is a legitimate concern with your color or cut preceding your visit with me, you will have 10 days post service to contact me for a complimentary redo. Any person looking to alter their color or cut past the 10 day adjustment period will be charged for additional services rendered.
ADDITIONAL GUEST INFO
For all of my work from home clients: please feel free to multitask and bring work with you if needed. We have a large table in the middle of the salon with outlets to plug into. This is your time to either get work done while your color processes or to just sit back and relax.
I absolutely love meeting your kids and friends, but I kindly ask that when you come for your appointment, that you just bring yourself.
